| As a traditionalist, I"ve always cultivated classical watch-making. This cultivation began with my first successful model and has continued uninterrupted ever since.
By reducing an Enicar movement to its essential components and then embellishing what remained, I created the Chronoswiss Caliber C.122 which helped to make this watch into my first classic - the "Régulateur."
The unusual arrangement of its hands with the off-center seconds display continues the tradition established by the precision domestic clocks and marine chronometers, being used, wherever it was essential to know the time with "to-the-second" precision. So I decided I to revive these timepieces in the form of my "Régulateur."
